We partner with India’s leading and most reliable national logistics providers to ensure a seamless shipping experience.

Shipping Charges

We love treating our customers! That is why we offer Free Shipping across India on all orders with a cart value above ₹1,999. For orders below ₹1,999, a flat delivery fee of ₹99 will be added at checkout to cover courier handling costs.

Order Processing Time

Once you place your order on our website, it undergoes a careful quality check, packing, and sorting phase at our warehouse:

  • All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
  • Orders placed during peak festive seasons or major collection launches may take up to 72 hours to dispatch due to high order volumes.

Delivery Timelines

Our estimated delivery times depend entirely on your geographical location within India:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Rest of India (Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities): 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Remote Areas & North-East Regions: 7 to 10 business days depending on regional connectivity.

Tracking Your Package

As soon as your Shree Morvii package leaves our warehouse, we will send you an automated shipping confirmation email and WhatsApp message containing your unique tracking ID and the name of the courier partner (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, or Xpressbees). You can click on the provided link to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

To make shopping worry-free, we offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India. Please note that our courier partners will only hand over the sealed package after the full invoice payment has been made. Open-box delivery is not permitted by our logistics partners.

Non-Delivery or Failed Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to 3 separate attempts to deliver your package to your address. If you are unavailable, the courier service will contact you via phone or SMS before scheduling the next attempt.

If all three attempts fail or if the address provided at checkout is incorrect/incomplete, the package will automatically be returned to our warehouse. For prepaid orders returned due to non-availability or wrong addresses, our customer service team will reach out to you to arrange a redelivery (a nominal shipping fee may apply for re-routing).

Damaged Shipping Boxes

If you receive your delivery package and notice that the outer box or shipping bag is torn, damaged, or heavily tampered with, please do not accept the delivery from the courier agent. Take a quick photo of the damaged exterior and immediately contact our helpline so we can file an issue and arrange a fresh shipment for you.
