Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders above ₹1,999! For orders below this value, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery across India usually takes 4 to 7 business days. If you are located in metro cities, your order might arrive even sooner. A tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your package is dispatched.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once you place an order, you will receive an immediate confirmation email . Our team then hand-picks your outfit, performs a strict quality check, packs it beautifully in our signature packaging, and hands it over to our trusted courier partner.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, absolutely. A digital tax invoice will be sent directly to your registered email address right after the purchase. A physical copy of the invoice will also be included inside your delivery package.
Payment Infomation
When the order payment is taken of my bank account?
- For prepaid orders (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking), the payment is deducted immediately at the time of placing the order through our secure payment gateway.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD), you only pay when the package reaches your doorstep.
What is wishlist?
Wishlist aapka ek personal closet space hai! Agar aapko koi Kurti, Lehenga ya Co-ord set pasand aata hai par aap use baad mein khareedna chahte hain, toh aap use Heart (❤️) icon par click karke save kar sakte hain.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We take utmost care, but if this happens, please don’t worry! Bas aap delivery ke 48 hours ke andar humein ek unboxing video aur photos ke saath contact@shreemorvicouture.com par mail karein. Hum bina kisi extra charge ke aapka product replace kar denge.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Aap apna order place hone ke 24 hours ke andar cancel ya change (size/address) kar sakte hain. Ek baar order dispatch hone ke baad cancellation possible nahi hoga.
What is "package tracking" in my orders?
Order dispatch hote hi hum aapko ek Tracking ID aur link bhejenge. Us par click karke aap real-time mein check kar sakte hain ki aapka Shree Morvi Couture ka package abhi kahan tak pahuncha hai.
