Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Shree Morvii, we strive to bring you the finest quality premium ethnic wear, including our meticulously designed kurtis, Indo-western sarees, co-ord sets, anarkali suits, and lehengas. We want you to love what you ordered! However, if a garment does not meet your expectations or fit perfectly, we are here to help with a hassle-free return and exchange process.
We offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange Window from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
- It must be in its original condition with all product tags, labels, and designer packaging intact.
- Items purchased during exclusive flash sales or clearing sales are eligible only for size exchanges (subject to availability) and not for monetary refunds.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We perform rigorous quality checks before shipping your orders. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Mandatory Requirement: To claim a refund or exchange for a damaged item, customers must provide an unboxing video sent to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. The video must be continuous, without any cuts or edits, showing the package opening clearly. Without a valid unboxing video, damage claims will not be processed.
The Exchange Process
If you have an issue with the size or fit of your Shree Morvii outfit, you can request an exchange:
- Email us at contact@shreemorvii.com or WhatsApp us at our official helpline with your Order ID and the preferred size.
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address within 2-4 business days.
- Once your returned item reaches our facility and passes quality inspection, your fresh exchanged garment will be dispatched to you immediately.
Refunds and Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email/message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the garment.
If approved, your refund will be processed under the following guidelines:
- Prepaid Orders: The refund amount will be credited back directly to the original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, Credit/Debit card) within 5 to 7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be credited via a secure payout link or bank transfer. Our support team will request your bank details or UPI ID securely once the return is approved. COD convenience fees charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Reverse Shipping Charges
For damaged or incorrect shipments, reverse pickup is completely free. For general returns or exchanges due to personal preference/size choice, a nominal reverse logistics fee of ₹99 will be deducted from the final refund amount to cover courier handling costs.
